New loc clients start with a consultation with Chikodi so we can assess your hair and plan your locs together. No install is booked online — this reserves a $15 (paid in full now), 15-minute consultation.

Every Bob is done with premium Chikodi hair, included in your price. For quality control, and from experience, I don't install client-provided hair.

Card on File, No-Shows & Lateness (Automated) The card you enter is kept securely on file, and this policy is enforced automatically by our booking system, not by hand. If you no-show, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit is forfeited and a fee of 50 percent of your remaining balance is automatically charged to your card on file. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, there is a $30 late fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule. Any forfeited deposit or unpaid no-show or late fee must be paid in full before you can book or be serviced again. Life happens, so if something comes up, contact us at chikodi@chikodiartistry.com as early as you can and we will work with you.
Removals of Another Stylist's Work For removals of styles installed by another stylist: I care about your hair's health and work as gently as possible, but any damage found during takedown (breakage or thinning that may predate me) is not my responsibility.
